By accessing and using the HEALTHIQ Inc. platform, website, applications, services, meetings, demonstrations, educational content, and related materials (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our Platform.

1. Access and Use

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. HEALTHIQ Inc. is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

  • Distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
  • Copying, scraping, or misusing platform content or data.
  • Engaging in disruptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All content available on HEALTHIQ Inc., including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, educational materials, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of HEALTHIQ Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License: HEALTHIQ Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal or authorized business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of HEALTHIQ Inc.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

4.1 Confidential Information: The Platform, including any demonstrations, meetings, webinars, educational materials, presentations, documents, videos, software features, business processes, technical information, and other non-public materials provided by HEALTHIQ Inc., may contain confidential and proprietary information ("Confidential Information").

4.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations: By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you will:

  • Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential.
  • Not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, disclose, or otherwise share any Confidential Information with any third party without prior written permission from HEALTHIQ Inc.
  • Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the intended use of the Platform or the specific meeting, demonstration, or educational activity in which it was provided.
  • Take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of such information.

4.3 Survival: Your confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations will remain in effect even after your access to the Platform or your account has been terminated.

5. Privacy

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of HEALTHIQ Inc. is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by HEALTHIQ Inc.: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.

6.2 Termination by User: You may discontinue using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination—including, but not limited to, ownership rights, confidentiality obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability—shall remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms of Use

7.1 Modifications: HEALTHIQ Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
